    2nd vehicle purchased in 2 years , bought a Qashqai for my partner , nice relaxed test drive/inspection , raised some small issues one was a tyre which was replaced with the exact brand/model and compound to what was on the vehicle , another was a spare key , they kindly wrote to the previous keeper but it could not be obtained so they arranged for a locksmith to attend my home and replace and program a spare remote key with genuine Nissan remote key , and the last issue was some play in the rear passenger door handle which was investigated and reduced but couldn't be fully cured but but remains operational and Philip kindly said that if the were any operational issues he would cover it under the 3 month warranty period , very good service all round.

    pressure sell. We were given all the information we need in a friendly and
    helpful manner and never once felt pressured. My son loves the car, we felt
