After my crash a couple of weeks ago I was in desperate need of a new car. After going to West Heath Motors "Just for a look" I found a car immediately. Not only was I impressed by the range of vehicles, but also the service I received. Phillip and David were courteous, informative, friendly and honest, making my purchase a pleasure.

Had a really pleasant experience with Phillip, went and viewed the car Sunday after seeing it online of which he was completely honest told me it had a few little problems and he had them rectified Monday, the part was completely changed along with a full service and cam belt kit done, he asked whether he could drive the car for a few days to make sure there was no problems at all, which there isn't. i've just got home and the car is an absolute beauty too drive, would recommend to everyone, couldn't of got any better or non pushy service at all! Thanks for your great service!

After searching the Internet I decided on two fiat 500 's. One was in Blackpool and one here. I phoned both garages to ask questions since I was going to be travelling a couple of hours to see them. The garage in Blackpools response was 'you don't want to know much, do you '. My experience with Phil at West Heath was totally the opposite hence why I bought that car. Phil took my own car in part exchange. All of it was a pain free transaction with no car salesman belittling spiel. Would definitely recommend even if you have to travel. Make sure you have a coffee.
