Had a great experience with the folks at West Heath - clear, honest advice, prompt service, good price and helpful follow-up. Got a very good deal, but noticed after sale that the parcel shelf was missing on the car I purchased (missing from previous owner) - contacted West Heath, who immediately arranged a replacement parcel shelf for my make/model, which I received 4 days later. Just wanted to say i bought a car recently from West Heath Motors,first car i have bought from a garage so was quite nervous. I found that all the staff i met there were really helpful and kind, not at all pushy, answered all the questions i had. I would buy another car from them, as found that they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, also did a new Mot on the car that i bought so had full year, serviced it as well.

Recently purchase a car from West Heath Motors Ltd. from start to finish the service was really great and ver professional. Phil wasn’t at all pushy and understood that I had had a bad experience elsewhere. Every concern was dealt with and the car I purchased is absolutely beautiful. Immaculate inside and out and they vetted and serviced it making sure if left their forecourt in tip top condition.
