Reluctantly did the 2.5 hour drive to view a car at West Heath Motors but I'm now glad I did it.
Walked into the showroom after seeing the car I wanted. I was greeted by Philip who was an extremely nice man.
He had to pop out but he put me in the hands of his brother who is equally as nice.
No pressure was put on me at all. I was left to go over the car as thoroughly and for as long as I wanted.
Once I decided I wanted it, I was taken for a test drive with no sales pitch at all. Just a pleasant drive.
The actual purchase was left in the hands of a lovely young lady who was friendly and very professional.
All in all, it was one of the most relaxed car purchases I have ever made and I wouldn't hesitate to go back when I require another car.
Oh and by the way, the car I purchased is a dream to drive.
